Refund Policy

  • Missed sessions are not guaranteed makeup sessions.

NLE Basketball reserves the right to cancel programs due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Assumption of Risk

Basketball and athletic activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury

  • Illness

  • Accidents

  • Property damage

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.

Medical Responsibility

Participants and parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that athletes are physically capable of participating in training activities.

NLE Basketball is not responsible for undisclosed medical conditions.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NLE Basketball, its coaches, trainers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Losses arising from participation

  • Website interruptions

  • Technical errors

Photography and Media Release

By participating in NLE Basketball programs, participants and parents/guardians grant permission for photographs, videos, and promotional content to be used for:

  • Marketing
